Feeling anxious lately? Stuck? unsettled?

Feeling anxious lately?

Color Galore

 Stuck?

 unsettled?

What’s going on? Welcome to the club.

I learned long ago the importance of Reality testing.

It is always comforting to know that others are experiencing the same.

The cause behind this anxiety is downright insane.

Make a beeline to your garden and tend to it.

Know, as you are caring to the garden you likewise are tending to yourself.

I see hope and promise in my garden.

The promise may be a seed delivered by birds from the  trees above.

Tending the Garden

Weeds can easily take over. That situation steals can steal our hope.

Weeds are harmful in so many ways

Fairie Garden is a sacred space away from the rest of the world.

I have been tending the gardens with the hope you will find pleasure and serenity here.

Stories are told here beside the pond.

Maybe fresh mint tea is here brewing just for you.

The good news –

There are still some great plants from our gardens, all at great prices.

We even have one Blue Poppy for sale.

Rodgersia pinnata “chocolate Wing” is a great new shade-loving perennial.

Mail ::”The Gardens You Have Created”

From Time I receive Emails thanking us for7 something we have done.

I have never received a letter from another Garden Designer who has seen my work on line or elsewhere. Her response, on an emotional level it would appear, is what I work for in  creating a garden.

Mail :: Inbox: your work.

“I was hunting around on the internet looking for a job at a Nursery in Olympia
and surrounding areas (I live in Puyallup). I happened to stumble across the
Fairie Gardens website and I couldn’t believe the beauty! I have now gone back
at least 5 times to the website to stare in amazement at the lovely gardens you
have created.
I just graduated the Horticulture program at Lake Washington Technical College
in Kirkland last fall and I’m interested in pursuing a path in Garden
Creation…otherwise known as Landscape Design…but that always sounds so
technical to me. I much prefer Garden Creation.
I was amazed and excited by your work. It’s beautiful, bright, flowing,
emotional and thought-provoking work. I thought I would write to let you know
that I’m now a huge fan.
I hope to visit Fairie Gardens very soon to get a real life glimpse.

Thank you for the inspiration and keep of the fantastic work!”

We just potted up 8 of this fabulous plant today.

check out this link  http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/160668/

We have had  this plant, in it’s two forms, for the last fifteen years.

This is the best year for starts.

Speaking of starts, we have been potting up choice and rare perennials for the last month. Wood Poppies, European Wild Ginger, Ornamental grasses,

Sea holly, and more than I can mention here. The lavender seedlings hold much promise.

Even though it has been cold, now is a great time to visit. There is  so much life in the garden right now. Diversity is celebrated here.

We believe that voters should be encouraged and not suppressed as many states are trying to do.

We stand with the working folks of this country. With the teachers, fire fights and our Public workers. All of these folks, and many more, who are  providing essential services to all of our citizens.
